• Program: Happy Valley Pharmacy sends appointment reminders, wellness program updates, medication notifications and occasional promotional messages to patients who opt in.
• Opting in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms or by giving us permission at the pharmacy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or call us at (928) 927-5300.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
